北京時間2月14日消息 ，昨晚 ，需完足球報記者陳永在個人社交平台上，善日术层事談到了中超降薪以及國足的常监一些問題，他表示中國足球需要的管战是日常監管 ，選帥、面反戰術等因素反倒是中国足球小事 。
陳永首先談到了中超降薪的需完相關內容 ，他說道 ：“中國職業球員薪水到底是善日术层事多少合適 ？以12萬為杠杆 ，頂級球員在10到20倍 ，常监優秀球員在5到10倍 ，管战普通職業球員2到5倍 ，面反理論上是中国足球合適的 ，職業球員職業壽命隻有10到15年。需完當然，善日术层事要根據國民收入情況進行調整。”
“要想賺更多的錢有兩個辦法 ：其一 ，中國足球大發展 ，足球水平越來越高 ，從業者越來越多，那麽頂層收入更高就是合理的；其二 ，去更高級別聯賽賺高薪 ，這個一時半會沒戲。”
隨後 ，他又談到了國足的相關話題 ，他表示：“國家隊出了問題 ，現在很多球迷（當然更多的起哄的非球迷）第一反應就是 ：查他 。然後有人談及青訓的灰暗麵 ，球迷第一反應也是 ：趕緊狠狠查 ，然後大家都很興奮 ，覺得這樣中國足球的問題就解決了 。其實 ，怎麽查也很重要 。”
“我之前的一個直播說過 ，中國足球涉及很多層麵 ：1 ，環境層麵 ，包括教育 、社會觀念等等等等等 ，這個不多說了 ，需要時間培育；2，戰略（體製）層麵（決策 、管理、監管等等）存在很大問題 ，除了決策機製和管理機製的問題之外 ，監管方麵的兩個問題是 ：其一 ，行業內監管不能讓人信服 ，其二 ，行業外監管 ，主要是司法介入 ，不是日常的 。中國足球需要的是完善的日常監管和日常司法介入 。3 ，戰術層麵（包括選帥啊 ，技戰術啊 ，臨場啊） ，這些我們通常最關注的 ，其實反而是小事 。”
“所以 ，日常監管完善起來 ，中國足球才可以有一個好環境 。”（DD）
