中國足球隊官方寫道 ：
原中國國家男子足球隊隊員張恩華同誌 ，中国足球张恩走好因病於2021年4月29日去世 ，队官享年48歲 。念张
張恩華1973年4月28日生於大連 ，恩华隨大連隊七奪甲A聯賽冠軍 。华安1995年入選中國國家男子足球隊 。息路在1995-2002年期間 ，中国足球张恩走好張恩華代表國家隊先後參加了第十三屆亞運會足球賽 ，队官第十一 、念张十二屆亞洲杯足球賽 ，第十六 、十七屆世界杯預選賽等重大比賽 ，並代表中國國家隊出戰2002年韓日世界杯決賽階段比賽 。
在中後衛位置上 ，張恩華攻守兼備 ，曾在1996年第十一屆亞洲杯中國隊同沙特隊的比賽中頭頂腳踢獨中兩元 ，1997年第十六屆世界杯預選賽中國隊主場同沙特隊的比賽中 ，張恩華再次頭球破門幫助中國隊1-0取勝 。
2006年退役後 ，張恩華參加了教練員培訓 ，並到多家歐洲俱樂部走訪學習 。回國後 ，張恩華於2016年擔任深圳佳兆業隊領隊兼中方教練 。
