搜狐體育消息 ，亚足亚冠北京時間3月1日 ，联官联赛亞足聯官方宣布 ，春亚出年長春亞泰退出2022年亞冠聯賽。泰退
亞足聯在官方通知中稱 ：根據《2022年亞冠聯賽競賽規程》 ，亚足亚冠原定於3月15日長春亞泰參加的联官联赛附加賽將被取消；3月8日悉尼FC與卡雅之間的亞冠預選賽勝者將直接落位H組 。
此前，春亚出年亞足聯公布了2022年亞冠的泰退賽程 ，新賽季亞冠聯賽東亞大區小組賽將於4月15日至5月1日進行 。亚足亚冠此外，联官联赛按照亞足聯16日官宣的春亚出年結果 ，亞冠東亞大區小組賽將分別在泰國 、泰退馬來西亞、亚足亚冠越南進行 。联官联赛這意味著，春亚出年中超4隊（如果亞泰隊資格賽取勝）必須赴境外參賽 。並且將麵臨與中超聯賽撞車的危險 。
並且 ，中超4隊即便能在參加完亞冠小組賽後第一時間返回國內 ，也需要接受“14＋7”天的隔離 。從維護自身賽程完整角度來說 ，中超聯賽在賽程編排上不可能給“BIG4”亞冠之旅“讓路” 。在這種情況下 ，最終亞泰做出放棄出戰亞冠的決定 ，也可以理解。

F組：山東泰山（中國） 、浦和紅鑽（日本） 、獅城水手（新加坡）、資格賽球隊4（大邱FC/武裏南聯）
G組：BG巴吞聯（泰國） 、全南天龍（韓國） 、聯合城（菲律賓） 、墨爾本城（澳大利亞）
H組 ：全北現代（韓國） 、橫濱水手（日本） 、黃英嘉萊（越南） 、資格賽球隊1（可能長春亞泰）
I組 ：川崎前鋒（日本）、廣州隊（中國） 、柔佛DT（馬來西亞） 、資格賽球隊3（蔚山現代/泰港）
J組 ：上海海港（中國）、清萊聯(泰國) 、傑誌（中國香港）、資格賽球隊2（可能神戶勝利船）
