北京時間4月29日，于根易2021賽季中超聯賽第2輪一場焦點戰在長春亞泰和天津津門虎之間展開較量 ，伟分上半場塞爾吉奧和譚龍先後擊中門框 ，不增强下半場張宇峰的信心射門又一次被橫梁拒之門外，最終天津津門虎0比0逼平長春亞泰，接下拿到了新賽季的力赴首個聯賽積分 。

於根偉首先表示 ：非常高興能夠拿下賽季的伟分第一分 ，很感謝我的不增强隊員 ，他們用頑強的信心拚搏精神和鬥誌拿到非常不容易的一分 ，也很感謝我的接下團隊 ，在這一周中付出的力赴努力 ，繼續努力，于根易這是伟分一個非常好的開端 。
對於賽前的不增强要求和布置 ，於根偉表示 ：因為我們組隊稍微晚一些，所以陣容的磨合的確有些欠缺 ，我們這周也以自己為主 ，先把三條線做了針對性的訓練 ，所以今天的比賽也收到了成效 ，防守端我們整體的移動以及防守壓迫 ，隊員都做得很好 。第一場的確失球比較多 ，特別是中路防空做得不好 ，這場有了很大的改善 。
談到這來之不易的1分時 ，於根偉說道 ：這是一種精神，這一分來之不易，是一種凝聚力 ，可以增強大家的信心 。在接下來的比賽我們會全力以赴 ，繼續以這種精神作為我們球隊最大的核心 。
