今年夏天 ，曼城將迎來過去幾年中最重要的专用最高一筆引援 ，那就是条款哈蘭德 。不久之前 ，曼城曼城官方宣布 ，哈兰已經就哈蘭德轉會一事與多特達成原則性協議 。德仍而多方媒體則表示 ，存解曼城為哈蘭德支付的约金亿欧解約金為6000萬歐元 。
不過《電訊報》則指出，巴黎雖然哈蘭德即將加盟曼城 ，专用最高但其它球隊並非在未來沒有機會與挪威人聯手 ，条款因為哈蘭德與曼城的曼城合同中同樣存在著解約金條款 ，隻不過這一條款的哈兰數字高得嚇人 。
實際上，德仍除了曼城之外 ，存解今夏有意哈蘭德的還有皇馬 、拜仁和巴黎這樣的豪門球隊 。但《電訊報》如今披露的解約金數額 ，恐怕隻有巴黎才出得起 。《電訊報》表示 ，相比於曼城為哈蘭德支付的6000萬歐解約金，挪威人與藍月軍團合同中的解約金數額達到了1.5億-2億歐元之多 ，這一數字當真隻有大土豪巴黎才出得起 。
在巴黎的曆史上 ，的確有過為一名球員砸下如此多轉會費的情況 。第一次是2017年的內馬爾 ，大巴黎直接砸出2.22億歐元解約金 ，將巴西人從諾坎普帶走。第二次則是在一年之後 ，大巴黎在租借姆巴佩一個賽季後 ，以1.8億歐元的價格完成買斷 。
