最近幾天，于根有补天津津門虎俱樂部的伟新位置工作人員 ，正在加緊向中國足協遞交球員資料 ，赛季陸續完成新賽季的球队强人員注冊工作 。昨天 ，不能摆正相關數據網站已經更新確認了石炎 、盲目張星亮 、乐观拉多尼奇完成注冊手續 ，于根有补預計隨後幾天 ，伟新位置涉及津門虎隊球員的赛季消息還會不斷出現 。另外 ，球队强俱樂部方麵也已經按照中國足協 、不能摆正中足聯籌備組的盲目要求 ，提交了新賽季中超聯賽的乐观參賽確認函 。
在經曆了2021賽季艱難保級之後，于根有补2022年開年，天津津門虎俱樂部一直將嚴格預算前提下的隊伍調整 、補強 ，當成工作的重點 。無論是巴頓 、石炎 、楊梓豪這些上賽季為津門虎隊征戰的球員，從租借身份轉變成正式加盟 ，還是有針對性地采取不同形式引進了多名內外援 ，都令關注球隊的天津球迷們感到振奮 ，甚至有球迷快樂溢於言表 ，替球隊喊出了比較高的成績目標 。
對於外界的樂觀情緒，津門虎隊主教練於根偉持非常謹慎的態度 ：“我們隊新賽季在一些位置做了人員補強 ，這肯定會增加球隊的自信和球迷們對我們的信心，但越是如此 ，越需要冷靜對待 ，不能盲目樂觀。主觀上 ，我們時刻都要擺正自己的位置 ，客觀上 ，陣容是需要時間和實戰來磨合的 ，這方麵我們仍然存在一些困難 。”紙麵實力相較上賽季明顯提高的津門虎隊 ，眼下有些人員補充確實還隻停留在紙麵。比如球隊計劃引進的兩名外援安杜哈爾 、貝裏奇，都還在上海醫學隔離觀察 ，內援張衛也暫時無法離開上海和球隊會合 ，再加上尚未入境的維基諾維奇……
在本賽季中超聯賽賽地 、賽程尚未知曉的情況下 ，津門虎隊在盡量爭取“以我為主”做準備 ，俱樂部也會給球隊策劃專門的壯行會 ，為新賽季的新征程加油 。
