5月30日晚 ，吴曦问题中國隊將在蘇州奧體中心迎來關島隊 ，国足這也是久没中國隊需要迎戰的首個對手 。目前關島隊已經入駐蘇州香穀裏酒店 ，比赛25日上午國家隊的需提訓練前 ，吳曦接受了記者的升专赛程采訪 ，吳曦表示，注力從今天開始 ，频密球隊將正式進入到備戰關島隊的吴曦问题針對性訓練中 。而對於一年多以來的国足首場國際比賽 ，吳曦認為 ，久没需要提升在球場上的比赛注意力 。
吳曦表示 ：“前幾天國家隊隊內進行了分隊比賽，需提之後，升专赛程昨天休息調整了一天 ，注力從今天開始正式備戰第一場比賽 ，針對對手進攻防守 ，都會安排一些有針對性的布置，教練組也針對每支隊伍 ，每個重點人的特點 ，剪輯了視頻，發給了每一名球員 ，我們休息的時候也會結合這些視頻 ，去研究對手的情況 。”
對於自己的位置 ，吳曦表示 ：“我還是中場靠中間的位置 ，起到一個承上啟下的作用 ，希望自己的努力 ，給球隊帶來收獲。”
由於此前中超聯賽也是安排在蘇州封閉進行 ，因此對於比賽環境 ，吳曦表示並不陌生 ， ：“大家都非常習慣這個比賽節奏和比賽氛圍了 ，包括房間的布置都非常有特點 ，訓練場條件也很好，每個人住一個方麵 ，房間裏還放有隊員的照片，動漫頭像 ，給人一種家的感覺 。另外 ，球隊的夥食也非常不錯，一切都挺適應 。”
此次中國隊要在16天的時間裏完成4場小組賽，平均4-5天就要踢一場球 ，對於這個比賽節奏 ，吳曦認為雖然賽程緊密 ，但不會有太大問題 。“因為去年的中超聯賽 ，基本上也是按照這個節奏去踢 ，3-4天一場球 ，我們已經比較適應了 ，主要還是怎麽去恢複 ，更好得去完成恢複 。”
這也是中國隊1年多以來的首場正式國際比賽，對此吳曦表示 ：“關鍵還是要集中注意力 ，因為很長時間沒有踢國際賽事了 ，心態的調整和注意力把控上比較關鍵 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
