中超聯賽第二階段明日開戰 ，武漢隊也經曆了換帥 ，羽球主教練李霄鵬上調到國家隊執教 ，队训他的变化助教李金羽接手成為武漢隊主教練。賽前發布會 ，技战李金羽坦言自己非常緊張 ，术李他表示球隊技戰術層麵不會有大的霄鹏電話 ，但現在與李霄鵬之間已經沒有技戰術層麵的李金练不零沟溝通。
李金羽和隊員劉雲一起出席賽前發布會 ，羽球李金羽坦言 ，队训自己因為很長時間沒參加新聞發布會了 ，变化所以內心非常緊張 。技战談到技戰術方麵是术李否會進行調整 ，李金羽表示 ：“球隊的霄鹏訓練沒有太大的變化 ，還是李金练不零沟延續之前訓練的內容 ，變化不大，這個時候再去談技戰術的變化，對球員太苛刻太複雜。延續今年的打法 ，不做太多的改變。”
有記者問李金羽 ，與李霄鵬是否還有技戰術層麵的溝通，李金羽表示 ：“目前沒有足球上的溝通 ，有一些溝通是祝福鵬哥 ，在接下來的世預賽上爭取好的成績 。技戰術打法 ，李導走了之後，就沒有任何的溝通了 ，鵬哥代表國家去參賽了，他一貫的作風 ，就是要把這個事情去做好。我們都是獨立去工作 ，所有的工作都是以目前的教練組為主 ，也得到了俱樂部和球員的支持。”
有記者問李金羽 ，黃紫昌、楊博宇等人，你在南京就共事過 ，未來是否能夠激活他們的表現 ，李金羽表示 ，自己尊重所有的球員 ，讓他們感受到尊重所帶來的力量 。“尊重球員是最重要的一點 ，我一直把我和隊員的關係 ，建立在朋友的基礎上 ，最重要是尊重隊員 ，讓他們感受到尊重所帶來的力量。無論是本地球員還是外來的球員 。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
