18-year-old Isabella Villegas defended her 13-year-old sister Grace from a school dress-code violation in the most crafty, big-sisterly way we've ever seen.。

Grace told Buzzfeed that she changed out of this off-the-shoulder shirt and into a different one after receiving some "not nice looks" and comments from teachers:。

Upon hearing about the supposed violation, Isabella responded, by making this school-approved t-shirt for her 7th grade sister that makes somewhat of a different statement:。

On the plain white t-shirt, Isabella wrote:
。

"Dress code: promotes the objectification and sexualization of young bodies, blames the wearer for the onlooker's perceptions/actions, perpetuates rape culture, is BS."。

Regarding the specific things she wrote on the shirt, Isabella said, "I wrote those things because I felt like they best explained my point as to why the current dress code (or way it is handled) is wrong. They summed things up."。

Isabella advised Grace to keep the shirt in her locker and to put it on if the school ever asks her to change her shirt again.。Mashable Top StoriesStay connected with the hottest stories of the day and the latest entertainment news.Sign up for Mashable's Top Stories newsletter。By signing up you agree to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. 。

"I know my sister felt embarrassed and ashamed, but I felt pure anger," Isabella said. "As a middle schooler, she has enough to deal with regarding gossip and ridicule and should not have to fear getting it from her teachers as well."
。

Isabella tweeted a picture of the shirts, side-by-side. 。

my 13 year old sister was dress coded for her shirt today for "revealing too much chest and shoulder" so i made her a shirt to change into pic.twitter.com/NdrQws91HB 。

After she did, people responded in differing ways. Some commented that the original shirt Grace was wearing was inappropriate for school. 。

bellavillegas_ I don't agree with dress code but if my daughter was 13 she wouldn't be wearing that, let alone to school, it is low cut..。

Perhaps soon other victims of dress-code violations will have the opportunity to have that same Grade A response as these two sisters.。[H/T: BuzzFeed]。Featured Video For You。This smart gym bag can clean your exercise gear。
