沙迦當地時間26日晚 ，國足繼續前往沙迦俱樂部訓練場進行訓練，仍国除了此前出現的足训傷病號之外 ，金敬道也沒有參加全隊的练重合練 ，經曆了大運動量的点金體能儲備之後，國足將士或多或少都出現了一些身體上的敬道反應。
目前張琳芃已經開始參加全隊的合练合練，王剛和尹鴻博的强化缺席全队恢複也比較理想 。不過從25日的仍国訓練開始 ，李磊並沒有在訓練場上現身 。足训在多哈訓練期間 ，练重李磊就曾經因為舊傷複發 ，点金進行過休整 。敬道25日開始 ，合练李磊再次因為身體反應 ，强化缺席全队跟隨隊醫留在酒店單獨進行訓練 ，何時能夠恢複目前還不得而知 。
除了李磊之外 ，池忠國和韋世豪依舊是在另外一片場地單獨進行訓練 ，金敬道26日也加入到他們的行列中來 。不過三人的情況應該都不嚴重 ，主要是大運動量體能訓練之後所引發的肌肉疲勞 ，隻要謹慎處理，應該不會引發新的傷病 。
目前體能體能依舊是國家隊訓練的重點 ，而隨著比賽的臨近 ，強化體能的同時也加入了技戰術演練的內容 。26日的公開訓練 ，國足將士就在體能教練薛申的帶領下 ，進行了30米距離內的邊路傳中 ，中路包抄訓練 ，球員被分為三個一組 ，兩人中路配合分邊 ，邊路傳中 ，中路再完成包抄射門 。整個訓練對速度和強度上提出了比較高的要求 ，很明顯 ，薛申希望通過這樣的訓練方式 ，對隊員的心肺能力進行進一步強化，提升球員混氧能力 ，最終達到比賽的體能要求 。
值得一提的是 ，在短短10多分鍾的訓練之後 ，薛申還專門安排了一次集體補水 。雖然天氣相對還比較炎熱 ，但這樣的補水頻率也相對比較少見 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
