2021賽季中超第一階段戰罷，曾超治疗廣州城成功鎖定爭冠組席位 。因伤已阔余天熬過了三天一場的别赛艱苦賽程，球員們紛紛開啟假期模式 。场百然而 ，积极进行有一人至今仍留守在俱樂部基地 ，恢复他就是膝伤因傷闊別賽場119天之久的曾超 。近三周來 ，曾超治疗他一直在積極地進行膝傷治療和康複訓練 。因伤已阔余天
回憶起自己的别赛膝傷史 ，曾超說 ：“2015第一次傷到左膝蓋 ，场百也是积极进行內側副韌帶 ，那時候還挺嚴重的恢复，但是膝伤後麵五六年都沒再傷過 。”
然而 ，曾超治疗自上賽季9月13日富力3:3戰平江蘇蘇寧的比賽起 ，曾超的左膝便多次受傷 。那場比賽中，曾超鏟球時左腿被對方壓在身下 ，導致左側膝關節內側副韌帶損傷 。由於複出心切，曾超在一周後開始活動，但隨後傷勢出現反複，導致他缺席了當賽季剩餘的全部比賽 。本賽季，傷愈複出的他在前五輪中登場三次。“這幾場比賽，除了變向有點不太自然外 ，其他感覺都不錯 。”
不幸的是 ，在5月初的一場訓練賽中 ，由於暴雨後場地濕滑 ，曾超鏟球時腳踝壓在球上 ，再次傷及左膝內側副韌帶 ，並伴有骨髓水腫。5月17日，聯賽進入間歇期 ，曾超隨隊返回基地訓練 ，一星期後左膝出現不適 ，便暫停了訓練 。“一開始不疼 ，結果越歇越疼 ，冰敷 、按摩的時候巨疼。”曾超苦笑道 ：“一歇就歇到了現在 。”
“挺著急的 。有兩三次做完力量訓練 ，出去動球想看看行不行，但做了幾個動作還是疼 。”據康複師Leo介紹 ，曾超在7月底接受了PRP（富血小板血漿）注射治療以緩解疼痛 。
雖然嘴上說著著急 ，但曾超在康複上可是沒有半點急躁 。Leo為他製定了詳盡的計劃 ，近兩周來隻安排了一天休息，一整套理療加訓練下來 ，每天需要兩個多小時 。
每次訓練前 ，曾超會先接受理療 ，比如刮痧或微波 、超聲波等儀器治療 ，之後便開始康複性力量訓練 。
Leo說：“在之前的三周主要進行了膝關節穩定和本體感覺訓練 ，輔以下肢力量練習 。現在主要是恢複下肢力量 ，強化膝關節穩定性，鍛煉膝 、髖關節周圍神經肌肉，加強運動控製 。”根據計劃 ，曾超會進行硬拉 、深蹲和快速伸縮複合訓練等力量訓練以及BOSU球（平衡半球）和瑜伽球上平衡穩定訓練 。
Leo告訴我們 ，曾超的康複周期已經近半 ，室內恢複基本完成 ，等下周隊醫和訓練師歸隊 ，就會開始場上康複 。“足球專項動作技術是第一位的，同時還要進行有氧和無氧的專項體能訓練。到時會評估曾超關節失穩和疼痛的情況以及他對各項動作的掌控能力 。如果一切順利 ，就可以進入小組配合的階段 。”
“現在訓練感覺挺好的，跳躍感覺也比較有力了 。”看得出來 ，曾超對自己的康複之路頗有信心。讓我們一起祝福曾超早日康複 ，期待他的滿血歸來 ！
