When Chrissy Teigen and John Legend (and a bunch of other people) boarded a plane to Tokyo from LA, they probably didn't think they would get a bizarre flight pattern—and one not-so-convincing fugative theory. 。
Their plane made an unexpected return to Los Angeles Airport on Thursday night and naturally, Teigen live-tweeted the events. But someone out there somehow managed to take those live-tweets and turn it into a piping hot conspiracy theory about Teigen and Legend fleeing the country. She shared screenshots of this user's thoughts on the flight fiasco, and they're uh, pretty unique. 。

"Were Chrissy Teigen and John Legend arrested trying to flee the country? Sealed indictments?" the screenshots read, before later adding the fact that Teigen and Legend supported Hillary Clinton's presidential run.。

"Why would they want Tegien?," someone added to the thread. "I read Legend was Illuminati so they may want him if he's done bad stuff."。
"Hands down my favorite takes of the night," Teigen wrote. "Not just two people wanting to go to Tokyo for New Year's Eve and sushi nope."。
There isn't much good that can come out of an extra eight hours on a plane but this comes pretty close to making it quite possibly worth it.。
