北京時間3月7日消息 ，记者俱乐足球報記者李璿在個人社交平台上透露 ，又球又有一家俱樂部通知球員可以準備轉會，队通俱樂部要實行年輕化 、知球转低薪化。部年
足球報記者李璿寫道 ：“又有一家俱樂部通知了隊裏的轻低球員 ，大家可以轉會 ，薪化可以租借 ，记者俱乐都可以談 ，又球俱樂部要年輕化了 ，队通其實伴隨年輕化的知球转 ，還有低薪化 。部年各隊都扛不住高薪的轻低大包袱了 。 ”
李璿隨後又表示 ：“中國足協應該意識到 ，薪化目前聯賽中 ，记者俱乐很可能出現一些年齡稍大的球員因為俱樂部降薪和清洗 ，必須離隊 ，最終無奈退役的情況，這樣的話 ，這批球員如何利用好是個問題 ，中國足球青訓最缺的是好的青訓教練 ，好好培養這些球員 ，讓他們在未來的青訓中發揮作用，對這些球員和中國青訓，都算是負責任的態度 。 ”
不僅李璿 ，記者魯蜜也表示 ：“今年這個備戰期，很多俱樂部都在想著減員 、降薪 ，這樣一來很多大齡高薪的球員未來去處也是比較吃緊 。一是帶著合同 ，另外存在欠薪的情況難以追回 ，再者如果想要留隊就必須接受大幅降薪 。所以現在的轉會市場 ，呈現出來的是供需完全無法平衡 。 ”
雖然目前還不清楚這支俱樂部是哪支球隊，但相信新賽季有不少俱樂部都會進行類似的操作 。廣州隊可以說是第一家進行隊內限薪標準的球隊 ，這也導致隊中眾多主力球員不得不選擇離開 ，目前像劉殿座 、鄧涵文等多半數主力球員已經確定離開 ，就連主帥鄭智也在日前確定不再執教 ，新賽季廣州隊將主打年輕小將+足校球員的陣容 ，但前景並不被看好 。（DD）
