麥肯納五年前以俱樂部18歲以下青年隊教練的纳离身份加入曼聯 ，他的队将队工作能力很快得到俱樂部的認可 ，在穆裏尼奧執教時期被提升為一線隊工作人員 ，执教在索爾斯克亞執教時期 ，英甲他一直是官方曼聯一線隊教練團隊的重要一員 。
