1.準備好主料糯米粉 、熟黑芝麻粉及山楂糕等 。麻山
2.12將糯米粉加溫水和成麵團（忘拍了） ，然後取其中一塊麵，黑芝放入燒開的麻山水裏煮至浮起撈出 。再將煮好的楂汤做法麵與其它麵混和 ，揉成光滑的黑芝麵團 ，加蓋保鮮膜，麻山省麵15分鍾 。楂汤做法省好後將之擀成長條狀（我在糯米粉裏摻了一些可可粉） 。
3.21將長條狀的麵切成均勻的小段。
4.將山楂糕切成碎粒狀加入白糖拌勻 。黑芝麻粉加白糖後，用油和蜂蜜調和 ，待用。
5.將麵劑子一個 ，按成麵皮狀 ，包入山楂餡料 。
6.將麵劑子一個 ，按成麵皮狀 ，包入黑芝麻餡料 。
7.將餡料包好後 ，收口 ，並用手掌滾圓。
8.將湯圓全部包好。（因為加了可可粉 ，所以顏色不白哦）
9.然後就可以等水開後 ，直接煮了。這是煮好後的成品 ，很糯很香甜 ，還帶點油香 ，和超市裏賣的三全淩及思念牌的不相上下哦 ，好象比它的還美味！
黑芝麻山楂湯圓這道菜看似複雜 ，但如果你全心投入去做，沒幾次就能夠做好 。另外 ，隔三差五地給自己開小灶 ，你的心情也會變美，人自然更健康了。
