北京時間2月14日消息 ，媒体昨日據足球報報道 ，人国中國足壇最嚴限薪令即將公布 ，脚高據悉 ，薪低薪罪薪令在本次降薪中 ，有应意最严限中國球員的不同頂薪為稅前300萬人民幣 ，外援的出台工資最高不可超過稅前200萬歐元 。而中超俱樂部每年總投入上限3個億 。媒体
稍晚時候 ，人国不少媒體人也對再次降薪一事發表了自己的脚高看法 ，媒體人冉雄飛表示 ：“足協最嚴降薪令特別傻 ！薪低薪罪薪令特別特別傻 ！有应意最严限國腳高薪低能降低薪水罪有應得 ，不同但卻不同意最嚴限薪令的出台出台 ！”
“其一，媒体從2019年出台頂薪一千萬年薪+國腳浮動 ，到2021稅前收入500萬到今年又來一個最高稅前三百萬 ！三年時間國腳收入三連降 ，降薪幅度高達70% ，你中國足協是用什麽標準和尺度 ，製定出新標準的 ，依據了哪條國家規定或法規法令 ，並不是不同意給球員降薪 ，而是憤怒於中國足協的隨意性 ！”
“其二，中國足協的最嚴限薪令又是足協‘一言堂’的產品 ，不僅完全不尊重四十餘家職業足球俱樂部的任何意見 ，也粗暴決策 ，完全不尊重千餘名職業球員的個人利益 ，如此輕視和罔顧行業群體利益的主管部門 ，如何服眾 ？有何威信可言 ？”
“其三 ，最嚴限薪令從短期看可以飲鴆止渴 ，從長期看則是釜底抽薪 ，足協單方麵宣布降薪看似為俱樂部健康發展考慮 ，實際上卻是剝奪了俱樂部自由發展 ，快速成長的空間 ，還用3億元的所謂行業投資標準 ，鎖死了俱樂部投資商或讚助商的手腳 ，如此做法 ，不但不會幫助俱樂部保持穩定成長，反而為更多優質品牌脫離中國足球找到了最好的理由 ！”
“從以上角度來看 ，足協最嚴限薪令將再次得到各職業俱樂部和球員們的一致反對 ，在執行過程中大打折扣 。”（DD）
