北京時間6月13日，捷克捷克國家隊官方宣布 ，官方門將帕夫倫卡因為背部傷勢退出國家隊 ，因伤來自奧格斯堡的退出替补托馬斯-庫貝克將在對陣蘇格蘭的首輪比賽之後替補進入大名單 。
捷克官方表示 ：帕夫倫卡沒有隨隊前往蘇格蘭 ，首战他將無法參加對陣蘇格蘭的捷克歐洲杯首戰 。帕夫倫科由於受到背部傷病困擾 ，官方球員本人選擇了離開國家隊 。因伤托馬斯-庫貝克將在對陣蘇格蘭的退出替补比賽後加入球隊 。
