After four years of infertility struggles and a previous failed adoption, North Hollywood, California, couple, Lacey Farris and her husband, Banks recently adopted a baby girl named Finley.
The couple wanted to announce their huge news in a meaningful way, so they decided to surprise friends and family members by showing up at their doors with their new daughter.
As if that wasn't heartwarming enough, they then recorded the initial reactions of loved ones and created an emotional, touching video which they shared to YouTube.

Farris shared that she and her husband struggled with infertility and loss in the past and knew that if/when they adopted they wanted to be absolutely certain the process would be successful before they included their family members.
"It has been really hard. Now that we have Finley however, it all seems like it was a path leading us here. We both knew we needed to grow because of it all and not shrivel up or become bitter."
"We really didn't want to tell everyone that we lost another baby, and we knew if it worked out the way we dreamed it would, we could capture the pure unexpected reaction of our family and friends," Farris said. That's where the video came in.
Though the family originally posted the video to share the wonderful news with their Facebook friends, the raw and genuine emotions from their loved ones ended up gaining adoration from people everywhere.

"Finley will know that people were thrilled that she existed, and was apart of our family. Not many people get to see how excited others are that they have come in to the world, and we wanted that for her."
"Ultimately, its an incredible thing to see a prayer be answered. Finley is definitely an answer to many many prayers."
