北京時間3月15日 ，阿德上海申花召開新援見麵會 ，年前兩名新外援約尼奇和阿德裏安與媒體和球迷見麵 。渴望其中阿德裏安新賽季將身披申花9號球衣 ，加盟約尼奇身穿22號球衣 。申花赛季
阿德裏安表示：“申花是希望非常大的俱樂部 ，今年我們進行了非常大的完成引援動作 ，希望我們可以完成賽季的目标目標 。”
2018年亞冠聯賽 ，阿德阿德裏安就曾經代表悉尼FC與申花交鋒 ，年前有記者問他 ，渴望對於申花的加盟印象如何 ？對此阿德裏安表示 ：“相比三年前 ，我們現在的申花赛季陣容更強 ，三年前我們第一次麵對申花的希望時候 ，我第一次踏進虹口 ，完成就感受到了虹口不一樣的氛圍 ，當時就有一種渴望 ，希望能夠為申花效力 ，現在終於有了這樣的機會 。”
這已經是阿德裏安效力的第四家中超球隊 ，對此阿德裏安表示 ：“這說明我踢得不錯 ，中國想要我的俱樂部很多 ，我也是老隊員了 ，我們隊也有很多有經驗的隊員 ，現在我沒有什麽壓力，我希望通過自己的經驗和能力幫助到球隊 。在這四支球隊中 ，申花是最大的一家俱樂部，所以我們的目標和之前三家也是完全不同的。”（搜狐體育 裴力）
