日本足協官網公告表示 ，阵中南野拓實是官方国家国队在此前的訓練中受傷離場 ，將退出此次國家隊集訓，南野這意味著這名利物浦球員也將無緣與中國隊的拓实退出比賽。
12強賽首輪比賽，因伤缘对日本隊0-1爆冷不敵阿曼 ，队无南野拓實進入替補席但是阵中因傷並未出場 。值得一提的官方国家国队是 ，就在前天晚間，南野日本足協也宣布後衛酒井宏樹疲勞過度 ，拓实退出退出本次國家隊集訓 。
