據新華社電 中國足協技術部今日在京公布球探培訓係統方案。中国足协准入在該方案中 ，启动球探球探體係分為L1（青訓球探） 、培训L2（精英球探）和L3（職業球探）三級 ，系统第一階段的未俱球探培訓計劃將在今年啟動 。
在該球探培訓方案的乐部介紹中 ，中國足球球探的挂钩主要工作職責為 ：幫助球隊 、俱樂部或協會收集球員或球隊情報信息並進行現場考察，中国足协准入為球隊的启动球探人才選拔和比賽準備提供參考建議和決策依據 。三級球探培訓的培训學員範圍涵蓋基層教練員 、體育老師 、系统業餘愛好者 、未俱球員家長以及職業足球從業者等群體 。乐部
具體的挂钩培訓計劃將通過三個階段實施。第一階段的中国足协准入球探培訓計劃將在今年啟動 ，會選擇部分需求較大 、組織能力較強的會員協會進行L1青訓球探級別的試點培訓工作，暫由中國足協主辦 。還將為各級國家隊教練員、中國足協精英青訓教練、講師開設L1+L2連讀課程 。
2022年至2023年的第二階段培訓計劃將在全國範圍內進行推廣 ，基本做到L1培訓覆蓋全國 ，並交由地方協會主辦。在2023年及以後的第三階段培訓計劃中 ，中國足協計劃將球探資質寫入俱樂部準入標準 ，成為俱樂部青訓總監必須具備的資質之一；並且將球探列為青訓中心 、職業俱樂部青訓營的必備職位之一 。
