隨著2021中超聯賽開戰的亚泰员战味道日漸濃烈 ，長春亞泰也開始調整節奏 ，天两提升從廣州移師上海 ，练找联赛提前適應另一個賽區蘇州的紧张氣候。3月21日20時30分，感球亞泰將士在上海金山集結 ，术执進行第三階段的行力備戰 。根據訓練計劃 ，亚泰员战22日的天两提升上海春訓首日 ，主帥陳洋就安排一天兩練 ，练找联赛讓弟子們找到聯賽的紧张緊張感 。
2月17日 ，感球長春亞泰在廣州進入新賽季前的术执第二階段的春訓 。在為期一個月的行力備戰中 ，長春亞泰進行了6場教學比賽 ，亚泰员战取得了1勝3平1負的戰績，新援巴西前鋒儒尼奧爾和埃裏克 、丹麥後衛奧科雷逐漸融入隊中 ，蔣哲 、毛開宇 、王鵬等內援也得到了教練組的認可 。
2021賽中超聯賽將繼續采用賽會製，廣州和蘇州將承辦兩個賽區的戰事 。由於已在廣州集訓了一個月 ，對這裏的氣候和備戰條件有了充分的了解 ，因此教練組希望第三階段放在上海 ，適應一下蘇州賽區的天氣和人文條件 。按照主帥陳洋的計劃 ，這一階段的任務主要是磨合主力陣容，引進內援 ，進行熱身賽 ，為備戰新賽季進行最後衝刺 。
目前 ，長春亞泰正在積極聯係熱身賽對手 。主帥陳洋表示 ，球隊以賽代練的效果明顯 ，球員們經過磨合後的默契程度有明顯提升 ，戰術執行力也逐漸提高 。
