北京時間8月20日，足协支云正赛據德國轉會市場中國區管理員朱藝消息 ，杯黑2021足協杯第3輪黑龍江隊與南通支雲的龙江比賽，因黑龍江隊在換人時出現違規 ，队换原比分作廢 ，人被认定判0-3負。违规南通支雲隊晉級足協杯正賽。南通
朱藝此前透露的晋级違規事件經過 ：
2021足協杯第3輪，黑龍江冰城與南通支雲的足协支云正赛足協杯資格賽中 ，黑龍江隊以6-0大獲全勝 。杯黑
第73分鍾 ，龙江黑龍江換上陳立明 ，队换換下唯一的人被认定U23球員劉鑫宇。
第75分鍾，违规黑龍江換上替補席上的南通U23球員齊雨熙（門將），換下陳昶 。
這導致第73-75分鍾的2分鍾內 ，黑龍江隊場上沒有U23球員 。
根據2021年足協杯規程 ，中甲球隊之間比賽 ，應執行中甲聯賽U23政策 ，即確保一名U23球員一直在場上 。如果違反了規則 ，應予判負 。即原本6-0獲勝的黑龍江隊反而變成了0-3告負 ，由南通支雲晉級 。
此前朱藝分析的原因 ：
原本換下U23球員劉鑫宇和換上U23門將齊雨熙是同步進行的 。
但在陳立明=劉鑫宇的換人執行時 ，齊雨熙的裝備出現問題 ，返回替補席 ，因此被延遲換上 ，導致原本同時的換人，拆分成了兩個 。
此時 ，如果暫不執行陳立明=劉鑫宇的換人 ，或全場暫停 ，等待齊雨熙完成換人（因為場上不能沒有門將 ，必須暫停比賽） ，都可以 。但不知何故 ，比賽在第一個換人結束後恢複了 ，當事球隊和比賽官員當時都沒有意識到這兩個換人其實是不能拆分的 。
這導致陳立明=劉鑫宇的換人執行後，應被替補換下的門將陳昶仍在場上守門 ，直到2分鍾後被換下 。
