《世界體育報》指出 ，根據國際足聯的相關規定，拉莫斯正處於保護期中 。拉莫斯與巴黎簽訂的是一份為期兩年的合同 ，而合同的前三年 ，即為合同保護期 。另根據相關條例 ：“在任何情況下 ，終止合同的一方都有支付賠償金的義務 ，具體賠償金額以規定為準 。除非合同中另有規定 ，否則將考慮國家立法 、運動特點和其它客觀標準，來進行計算賠償金額。”
