北京時間5月10日 ，河北花比2021賽季中超聯賽繼續展開第4輪爭奪 。队官在蘇州賽區的赛中诉江陰市體育中心 ，上海申花隊依靠阿德裏安補時第9分鍾的判罚壓哨任意球破門1-1險平河北隊；雙方繼續保持賽季不敗。
比賽下半時 ，问题河北隊多次對裁判判罰十分不滿 ，向足协申輕微身體接觸頻繁被吹犯規。河北花比比賽最大的队官爭議發生在補時尾聲 ，王秋明在禁區前搶球時 ，赛中诉於漢超倒地，判罚主裁杜健鑫立刻吹罰犯規 ，问题申花獲得禁區前沿任意球 ，向足协申河北隊員十分不滿 ，河北花比紛紛圍住主裁抗議 ，队官隨後阿德裏安任意球破門絕平 。赛中诉
今天晚間，河北隊官方發文表態將上訴 ：
今天我們遺憾的獲得了一場平局 ，但是球員們的場上表現和拚搏精神令人感動，他們配得上一場勝利。我們要感謝所有的河北球迷 ，你們是我們最堅強的後盾 。關於本場比賽中出現的一些情況 ，請球迷朋友們冷靜看待 ，保持克製 。俱樂部決定 ，將就本場比賽的判罰問題 ，通過正常渠道向中國足協裁判委員會提出申訴 。 希望球迷朋友能一如既往的支持球隊 ，與我們一路同行 。
