據足球報報道 盡管中足聯籌備組已經就聯賽恢複主客場開始征求俱樂部意見 。职业主客最终但足協最終提出的联赛方案仍舊需要審批 。從這個角度來講，恢复恢複主客場的场仅相關工作 ，目前其實僅僅進行了不到50%而已 。进行
日前 ，仍旧中足聯籌備組開始向俱樂部征求意見，需审包括俱樂部所在城市的职业主客最终意見 。這被認為是联赛2022賽季恢複主客場的一個重大進展 。並且 ，恢复這一方案已經獲得了體育總局的场仅認可或者說初步認可。
據了解，进行目前的仍旧聯賽主客場方案可謂是極為詳細 ，幾乎考慮了大眾所能考慮的需审各種可能性 ，對各種突發情況也有足夠的职业主客最终預案 。以防疫為例 ，長達六七個月的比賽 ，各種突發情況都是有可能的 ，比如某球隊所在的城市出現中等風險地區 ，這種情況下 ，這支球隊隻能更換城市 ，目前的主客場方案是 ：18家俱樂部一一對應結對 ，比如山東泰山和天津津門虎結對 ，對方的主場成為自己的備用場 ，一旦無法在主場比賽 ，立刻轉移到“結對球隊”所在球場進行比賽；如果結對球隊的球場也因為客觀原因無法接收 ，則調換主場或者直接到比賽對手球場比賽。
如果疫情更加嚴重一些 ，則可以采用“階段性的，或者小範圍的賽會製” ，在這種情況下 ，中足聯籌備組不準備采用普通主客場賽製 ，而是分組主客場賽事 ，比如像去年一樣分為三個小組 ，然後三個小組輪換球隊 ，賽製為10+8+8+8 ，完賽之後恰好是一個完整的雙循環 。這個賽製兩支球隊要在較短的時間內打主客場 ，由此也可以切分為上半程5+4+4+4 ，下半程5+4+4+4 ，如此兩隊便可相隔17輪打主客場了 ，接近於正常的主客場賽製 。
更重要的是 ，一旦情況有變 ，可以某個階段 ，或者某個階段的某個小組轉入賽會製比賽 ，情況好轉 ，又可以即時恢複主客場 。因為一個小組隻有6支球隊 ，每輪隻有3場比賽 ，擁有2座球場的城市便可以直接接收進行賽會製 ，難度相對較小 。
