本屆【青幕計劃】以“極·以為常 人生首映”為主題 ，旨在通過影像作品 ，傳遞青年群體對於自我與時代的觀察和思考；誌在鼓勵與助力年輕創作者 ，讓藝術的種子在現實土壤中萌芽 、開花 ，在光影世界結出碩果 。
大賽自發起以來 ，受到眾多青年影像創作者的高度關注和參與 ，兩個多月的時間裏 ，共收集到600多部不同類型的優秀影像作品 ，在年輕人的影像世界裏 ，代表乏味的大廈正在被推倒，天馬行空的想象力被釋放 ，人情冷暖與哲思幻想也以全新的角度被書寫 。
本屆【青幕計劃】設立最佳競賽單元獎和最佳專業單項獎兩大類共14席獎項 。采用藝術+技術綜合評價，評審過程分為初選 、複選、評審團終審三個階段 ，並結合網友票選 ，確定每個獎項的最終榮譽歸屬 。

感謝所有參加【青幕計劃】的青年影像創作者 ，因為他們的堅守和努力 ，才會呈現出眾多形態豐富而優秀的影像作品，讓觀眾看到充滿了希望和無限種可能的未來 。正如清華大學教授尹鴻所言：“回歸作品的真 、善、美 ，把‘匠’和‘心’結合 ，用‘心’去發現美，用‘匠’去精心雕琢 ，讓它具有專業性，讓它能夠不僅被感受到 ，而且能夠通過影像的形式被接受者理解和感染 。”
“極·以為常 人生首映” ，本次大賽得到了領克汽車 、中國海南海花島 、光良酒 、高光酒等合作夥伴的大力支持 。領克汽車銷售有限公司副總經理陳思英表示 ，在眾多的創作者作品中，有很多是超過了期待 、讓人眼前一亮 。“極·以為常”這種挑戰慣例 、不設邊界、追尋“個性”“開放”“互聯”的核心價值，是與創作者們一致的 ，無論是產品 、作品還是自我 ，都將追求極致作為習以為常的態度 。
以【青幕計劃】為基石 ，搜狐將整合全平台資源扶持優秀青年影像創作者，為他們提供一個發光的舞台 ，就像搜狐網副總編輯 、搜狐汽車事業部總經理晏成在開幕致辭所述 ：“做有溫度、有力量的好內容 ，扶持青年創作者 ，是搜狐發起【青幕計劃】的初心 。如果說整個影視行業是一個金字塔的形態 ，那我們作為平台希望能夠讓更多創作者 ，從底部衝到金字塔的頂端去 。這是一場屬於勇敢者的遊戲，我們希望可以為敢於向前的人提供炬火 。”
