關於國足主帥李鐵賽後發廣告的媒体相關消息，還在社交媒體上繼續發酵 。人爆日前有博主發文爆料 ，料李稱李鐵在執教武漢卓爾時 ，铁暗年薪高達3000萬人民幣，中掌执教卓還不包括助教團隊的控武費用 。這個消息也得到了知名記者李璿的汉队轉發確認 ，而且李璿還表示 ，年薪李鐵在成為國足主帥之後 ，高达繼續掌控武漢和拿工資 ，媒体這在圈子裏是人爆公開的秘密 。
據博主“我就是料李石油哥”在個人微博上發布文章透露 ，根據武漢俱樂部和李鐵在突然決定競聘國足之前簽訂的铁暗新聘用協議，李鐵繼續操盤卓爾 ，中掌执教卓是控武實際上的卓爾總經理 ，訓練比賽則由同一個經紀公司的何塞帶著龐利教練組擔任。當時李鐵在武漢卓爾的年薪是3000萬 ，還不包括助理教練這些動輒300萬的工資 。不僅如此 ，博主還透露 ，在武漢隊2020賽季勉強保級之後，李鐵團隊假借足協權力 ，向卓爾施壓討要2020年度的獎金 。”
對於這個消息 ，知名記者李璿在微博轉發確認，並評論說 ：“李鐵去國家隊以後 ，還繼續掌控武漢和拿工資 ，這在圈子裏是公開的秘密 ，大家都知道 。他確實也在武漢拿過3000萬年薪不假 。另外巴唐和西班牙人這個，我不確定是不是原博說的那樣 ，不知道不敢裝知道，當時就覺得時間巧合，但我知道武漢足球圈都這麽說。”
隨後大連隊翻譯杜立言又在個人微博上發布消息，再次確認李鐵在執掌國足期間控製武漢隊的“實錘” ，杜立言表示 ：“去年1月我在廣州的酒店和何塞聊了一個晚上，何塞明確告訴我 ，‘在武漢隊 ，內援的引進全是李鐵說了算 ，我基本每天都要去和李鐵開會，聽取他的意見 。’”
何塞是在李鐵執教國足之後 ，接受了武漢隊 ，不過當時他的教練團隊依舊是李鐵執教時的教練班子 ，在執教半個賽季之後 ，何塞中途下課 。隨後武漢隊成績一落千丈，從上半賽季排名聯賽前四 ，到最終跌入降級區 。最後憑借超甲保級賽才勉強保級成功 。（搜狐體育 汪峰）
