4.將5個蛋黃和30克白砂糖倒在盆中 。

16.取部分蛋白加入抹茶糊中切拌均勻 。
17.將抹茶糊倒入蛋白中 。
18.攪拌均勻 。
19.在烤盤上抹上少量色拉油或清水 ，取略大於烤盤的油紙在四周剪一刀 ，使油紙可以服帖的放在烤盤中 。
20.將櫻花均勻的鋪在油紙上 。
21.將蛋糕糊均勻倒入烤盤中，並用刮刀抹平 。
22.將烤箱溫度設定為165度，時間為20分鍾 ，烘烤完成 。
23.待蛋糕放涼後將四角撕開 。
24.小心的將油紙從蛋糕上剝離 ，看看反麵 。
25.重新放到正麵，在上麵均勻的抹上藍莓醬 ，也可以根據自己喜好放沙拉醬或淡奶油 。
26.利用擀麵杖把蛋糕卷起來 ，具體卷發大家可以在優酷網或土豆網參看相關視頻 。
27.用油紙包好蛋糕卷，放進冰箱冷藏定型。
28.打開包裹的油紙 ，將兩側的邊切整齊 ，這樣切出來的蛋糕卷會更漂亮 。
