比賽進行到第89分鍾 ，皇馬前場左側進攻 ，卡馬文加在前場左側與隊友來了一個高空二過一配合後殺入禁區 ，隨後這位小將禁區內左側一腳傳中給到羅德裏戈，後者在禁區中路淩空抽射得分 ，這個進球使得皇馬在客場1-0領先 ，而由於留下的時間太短 ，因此最終皇馬也憑借這個進球絕殺國米 。需要指出的是 ，卡馬文加助攻羅德裏戈進球，而兩位球員都是安帥替補換上場的 。
卡馬文加在上周末的西甲聯賽中完成了皇馬首秀 ，替補出場6分鍾後就完成了自己的皇馬首球 。而這場與國米的比賽 ，卡馬文加替補出場9分鍾後就送出絕殺助攻。兩場比賽 ，兩次替補出場，一個進球一個助攻 ，皇馬夏窗壓哨的這筆交易“真香” 。
