3月22日，山东從足球網站“德轉”傳來消息 ，队廖現年28歲的力生力还國腳 ，原廣州隊中場球員廖力生已經與中超冠軍俱樂部山東泰山簽約 。签订而據北京青年報記者了解 ，年长廖力生的否出新合同期為5年 。而從此前各類信息反映的任主情況看 ，泰山簽下廖力生與原上賽季球隊主力後腰徐新行將離隊不無關係 。需进
泰山簽下廖力生的步考傳聞早在農曆春節前後就已被廣為流傳 。據了解 ，山东由於徐新即將離開泰山隊已不是队廖秘密 ，因此泰山隊需要在後腰位置上及時補充合適的力生力还替換人選。正處於當打之年 ，签订且技術能力比較突出的年长廖力生於是成為泰山俱樂部的選援主攻目標 。
由於廖力生與原俱樂部廣州足球俱樂部的否出合同已於去年底到期 ，再加上泰山俱樂部是目前全中超範圍內為數不多運營穩定 、不欠薪的俱樂部之一 ，因此廖力生個人也非常期待此次轉會 。此次牽手對雙方來說無異於雙贏 。據悉 ，雙方已經簽訂了1份5年長約 。
不過，需要說明的是，相比於球風硬朗的徐新 ，廖力生更善腳下控球 ，並不長於身體對抗 ，因此能否在新賽季勝任泰山隊主力 ，還有待主教練郝偉的進一步考察 。 目前 ，廖力生正隨國家男足在阿聯酋備戰12強賽第9輪與沙特隊的比賽。
