7.再立即倒入油蛋混合液體 ，然後切拌麵粉 ，直到無幹粉，即可。不用攪拌很細膩，有顆粒也無妨 。以免麵粉上筋 。
8.把麵糊倒入紙杯中 ，約七八分滿 ，撒上果幹 ，BTW,我的建議是果幹在前一步就直接拌在麵糊中 ，否則撒在表麵的果幹很容易焦掉。
9.烤箱預熱 ，150度烤45分鍾 。
