自從弗裏克再未經拜仁慕尼黑董事會允許的鲁梅前提下 ，擅自對外宣布了今夏離隊的尼格決定 。拜仁董事會對此感到不解和不滿意。弗里畢竟 ，克谈开必這樣讓董事會陷於相當被動的谈离境地 。為此，有人董事會已經明確表示 ，满意弗裏克的鲁梅此舉並不符合拜仁的行事風格 ，而且他依然有合同在身 ，尼格絕對不可能想走就走……
近期 ，弗里拜仁CEO魯梅尼格頻頻出現在拜仁訓練場上 ，克谈开必與弗裏克及多名球員都進行了麵對麵的谈离溝通。在外界看來，有人其實魯梅尼格是满意拜仁董事會內為數不多站在弗裏克這一邊的。而對於弗裏克的鲁梅離隊態度 ，魯梅尼格表示，“事實是，弗裏克告訴我們他想要在賽季後離開 ，我們同意在踢完美因茨的比賽後坐下來談談。”
魯梅尼格強調 ，“有一件事是明確無疑的 ，如果我們遵從弗裏克的請求 ，所有各方都必須要找到一個拜仁慕尼黑也滿意的方案 ，我們談論的是一位和我們一起取得了曆史性成就的教練 ，我們對他的工作非常滿意 。”
至於這個各方麵都滿意的決定何時會做出 ，魯梅尼格認為 ，“在美因茨的比賽之後 ，我們會有兩周沒有比賽任務 ，有大把的時間讓大家都好好談一下。但我必須要把該說的基礎問題說清楚 ，這對我們都很重要 ，目前外界在針對薩利哈米季奇 。”
說到薩利哈米季奇 ，這位外界都在“噴”的拜仁董事會成員 、體育主管目前正在輿論的風口浪尖上 。出於對戰友的保護 ，魯梅尼格強調 ，“在拜仁慕尼黑 ，所有決定都是大家一起做出的 ，包括轉會和陣容的問題 ，和執行董事會以及監事會一道 ，主教練當然也會參與其中 ，所以我認為外界目前這種對待薩利的方式是不公平的。”
