本次湖北省足球協會會員代表大會還選舉產生了35人的王霜理事會 。理事會成員不僅有足球領域的选副專業人士 ，還有來自教育部門 、湖北换届会长会长體育院校以及支持足球運動發展的足协社會各界代表 ，人員構成兼具專業性 、水兵廣泛性與互促性 。当选等当
第三屆湖北省足球協會工作報告指出 ，王霜十四運會周期 ，选副湖北足球深化改革 、湖北换届会长会长創新發展 ，足协湖北足球改革發展的水兵頂層設計和製度框架基本形成；職業足球發揮龍頭作用 ，武漢成為全國第二座“一城三超”的城市 ，其中 ，武漢車穀江大女足蟬聯頂級聯賽冠軍；青訓體係構建完整 ，注冊青少年足球運動員達1.1萬餘人；場地建設突飛猛進 ，湖北目前擁有足球場地5343塊，武漢、孝感入選全國首批“城市社區足球場地設施建設試點”城市 。
第四屆湖北省足球協會會長水兵表示 ，接下來將開展多方麵工作 ，包括但不限於：全力支持足球俱樂部規範健康發展，在梯隊建設 、大賽備戰等方麵開展深度合作 ，盡可能減輕俱樂部壓力；建立湖北足球精英梯隊選擇標準 ，構建U係列精英梯隊；大力發展女子足球項目 ，加速女足後備人才培養工作；與教育部門合作 ，廣泛布局足球特色學校 、擴大足球人口規模 ，營造濃厚校園足球氛圍 。（完）
