近日 ，运营上海申花已經正式收隊 ，寒冬第五次執掌申花教鞭的中超吳金貴接受采訪時表示 ，今年球隊的将面主要任務就是保級 。實力雄厚的面积申花為何將目標定得如此之低 ，原因是失业思路球隊今年將沒有外援助陣。來自波蘭媒體的各队報道透露，申花已經禁止阿德裏安隨隊參加訓練 ，调整度过並且希望他能自行離開俱樂部 。运营
上海申花之所以如此“極端” ，是因為球隊遭遇了財政危機 。另外一支確定沒有外援的球隊就是廣州隊 ，在股權改革並不順利的情況下，目前球隊依然由恒大集團全資控股 。值得注意的是 ，廣州隊在申報備選主場的時候 ，甚至將清遠基地的比賽場地作為備選方案 ，如此精打細算和當初一擲千金形成了鮮明的反差 。
在投入銳減的情況下，中超各俱樂部都在想著盡快裁掉隊中的高薪球員，盡快完成年輕化。在這種情況下 ，轉會市場著實有些冷 ，以往那些搶手的本土球員如果可以接受大幅度降薪的話 ，還是可以找到工作的 ，但更多的則是無人問津 ，隻能接受四處試訓的安排 。
對於一些財大氣粗的“升班馬”來說 ，如今是擴充實力的最佳良機 。有消息顯示 ，蒿俊閔已經接近加盟武漢三鎮 。不過對於大多數球隊來說 ，在供需嚴重失衡的情況下 ，已經無力再去追逐優秀球員 。尤其對於河北隊這樣前途未卜的球隊來說 ，能否存活下來都成了一個問題 。
