近段時間，内乱有關拜仁主帥弗裏克與球隊體育總監薩利哈米季奇發生矛盾的分成弗里消息不斷爆出 。來自德國媒體《圖片報》的两派离开消息 ，拜仁高層內部也分成了兩派，克或分別支持弗裏克與薩利哈米季奇，接手而卡恩這位中間派則會在拜仁與巴黎的德国歐冠大戰後與弗裏克進行會談 ，弗裏克或許會在今夏離開拜仁 ，拜仁拜仁德國國家隊主帥一職也是内乱他的選擇之一 。
弗裏克在上個賽季以救火教練的分成弗里身份贏得了三冠王 ，成為了拜仁隊史上的两派离开功勳主帥。本賽季 ，克或弗裏克帶隊的接手拜仁成績不錯，贏得了德國超級杯 、德国歐洲超級杯以及世俱杯 ，拜仁拜仁同時在本賽季德甲接近衛冕 。
但是這位冠軍教頭與球隊體育總監薩利哈米季奇在轉會與續約等問題上存在非常多的矛盾 。比如 ，弗裏克要求得到德斯特與奧多伊 ，但是薩利哈米季奇簽下了薩爾與科斯塔。阿拉巴與蒂亞戈與弗裏克關係非常好 ，他們向弗裏克訴苦說薩利哈米季奇不尊重球員 。
《圖片報》稱 ，在拜仁高層 ，也存在兩種不同的聲音。魯格格明顯支持弗裏克 ，海納和赫內斯都是傾向於薩利哈密季奇 ，而卡恩至今沒有明確表態 ，由於明年一月卡恩將正式接替魯格格執掌整個拜仁公司 ，他的態度將對弗裏克的未來起關鍵作用 。
據悉 ，卡恩與弗裏克本周對巴黎比賽後將進行會談 ，卡恩希望親自聽弗裏克講述是否認真考慮德國隊主教練的位置 ，以及是否真的打算夏天離開拜仁 。德國媒體《sport1》認為 ，高層還是希望說服弗裏克與薩利哈米季奇都能留隊 。高層希望兩個人能相互合作 。
