北京時間11月29日 ，河北河北足球俱樂部傳出消息 ，队明队球店费苦苦掙紮的日开河北隊30日將重新集中 ，前往廣東三水，练外備戰最後一階段的援归员自用拖中超聯賽 。不過據了解，付机由於俱樂部囊中羞澀 ，票出球員前往客場的征酒機票費用 ，由個人墊付，河北將來俱樂部再予以報銷 。队明队球店费另外，日开球隊在三水將下榻一家溫德姆酒店，练外酒店餐飲費用暫時也隻能拖欠 ，援归员自用拖待事後俱樂部再想辦法結算付款 。付机
此前球隊外援梅米舍維奇和主教練金鍾夫已經返回中國 ，票出並且在廣州隔離 ，因而選擇在廣東地區集結 ，也比較方麵 ，另外河北俱樂部的牛沱基地因為經費問題 ，已經暫時關閉 ，場地無法使用 ，加上天氣寒冷 ，球隊也隻能令尋訓練場地 。
按照計劃 ，河北隊30日在廣東三水集中 ，開始備戰最後一階段聯賽 ，12月10日將直接前往賽區 。目前球隊合同期內的絕大多數隊員都會前往報到 。外援方麵除了塞爾納斯還在歐洲 ，梅米舍維奇 、萊昂納多和席爾瓦都會跟隨球隊出戰最後一階段的中超聯賽 。
由於俱樂部目前囊中羞澀 ，球隊已經通知所有教練、球員和工作人員都自行墊付差旅費 ，待財務狀況有所緩解之後 ，後續再報銷相關費用 。（搜狐體育 裴力）
