北京時間2月28日消息 ，媒体知名媒體人“大佬鳴”在個人社交平台上 ，人广入恶談到了廣州隊新賽季的州队情況 ，他認為如果新賽季廣州隊用小將參賽 ，全方那麽恐怕會進入到一種惡性循環當中。恐进
媒體人“大佬鳴”寫道 ：“倘若廣州隊在新賽季盡數讓‘小鬼當家’，性循现相當於在全方位以小打大 ，环难他們可能怯場 ，有惊艳表可能發揮不穩定 ，媒体可能也受實力所限 ，人广入恶反正需要一段時間適應 ，州队如此導致成績上的全方失意，反過來再去幹預狀態 ，恐进進入惡性循環……所謂的性循现難 ，最難就在這裏，环难培養新人沒有錯 ，但最佳的方式是以老帶新 ，倘若沒有了“老” ，光靠新人或許很難會有上賽季最後八場球時的驚豔，這一點 ，劉智宇教練在專訪時已有詳盡、專業 、深入地闡述了 ，大家可以回顧下。”
劉智宇在采訪中曾表示 ：“這個不光是我們球隊 ，全世界的球隊都是如此 ，這應該是足球的規律 。老隊員有經驗 ，他帶著年輕球員踢 ，效果肯定更好一些 。年輕球員缺的就是經驗 ，多的是衝勁 ，還有對比賽的向往 。”
“好像鄭智 ，他在場上對我們布置的戰術十分清晰 ，如果發現哪裏有問題 ，可以第一時間做出改變 ，畢竟站在場邊和自己參與進去是兩個概念 ，這是真的不容易啊 。大家都看到了 ，他從比賽下來 ，馬上換上衣服進行指揮，這種情況在足壇都是十分罕見的 ，所以在以老帶新上，我覺得這一幕體現得淋漓盡致 。”
“我個人肯定希望所有比賽都能夠用以老帶新的方式去進行 ，但由於賽製原因，還有很多具體情況是無法實現的 ，沒辦法 ，隻能迎難而上。不過從教練層麵分析 ，在條件允許的情況下 ，自然是以老帶新的效果更好 。”（DD）
