本賽季萬-比薩卡已經代表曼聯出場18次，不過在新主帥朗尼克上任後 ，達洛特連續獲得首發機會 ，這讓萬-比薩卡的主力位置受到了挑戰。如果接下來萬-比薩卡因傷缺席 ，達洛特就有可能借機坐穩主力位置 。此前羅馬主帥穆裏尼奧曾希望在冬季求購達洛特 ，但在達洛特在曼聯重新獲得比賽機會後 ，羅馬已經放棄求購達洛特，轉而考慮其他右後衛引援目標 。
