中超聯賽的足协賽程和參賽球隊還沒有正式公布，中國足協昨天率先公布了2021年度《中國足球協會紀律準則》 ，纪律受到外界的新规需谨行避強烈關注 。
從中國足協的关注罰單數看 ，2020賽季的舆论言慎中國各級職業聯賽 ，各種違規違紀案件似乎有所降低 。球员区但實際上過去的踩雷一年 ，中國足協並沒有公布新版紀律準則 ，足协依舊是纪律按2019年版的紀律準則執行 。中超聯賽實際上充斥著各種問題 ，新规需谨行避球員們的关注犯規動作一點都不少 ，隻是舆论言慎因為賽程縮水而不那麽突出 。
從中國足協昨天發布的球员区2021年度《中國足球協會紀律準則》來看 ，體現了“從嚴管理”的踩雷思路 ，也為球場不文明行為劃清底線。足协例如球員對對手實施暴力停賽3場起步 ，罰款3萬元；對比賽官員實施暴力行為至少停賽6個月，罰款至少10萬元；向比賽官員吐口水 ，至少停賽12個月，罰款至少20萬元 。
值得注意的是，和上一版紀律準則相比 ，這一次中國足協對於部分內容進行了更新 。例如球員或官員利用公共媒體或比賽日在體育場內或其周邊地區出現“挑起敵意和暴力”行為 ，造成嚴重後果的 ，將至少給予停賽或禁止進入替補席18個月 ，並處罰款至少30萬元 。這也意味著 ，如果有球員通過社交媒體將比賽中出現的爭議放大開來 ，那麽等待他的將是重罰 。
此外 ，今年的紀律準則也增加了“紀律約談會”製度 ，進一步在保障當事人的權利與完善紀律委員會工作程序間尋求平衡 。紀律委員會可以根據實際情況召開紀律約談會 ，對涉嫌違規違紀的當事人進行紀律約談和口頭警告 。
