3月19日 ，曝洛巴乙俱樂部克裏西烏馬競技主席在接受電視台采訪時表示 ，国富国因俱樂部有意簽下前鋒洛國富是已决疫情原因，並透露洛國富最近也觀看了球隊的定不打算比賽 ，雙方互相交談了洛國富了加盟的再返可能性 。

與此同時，回中克裏西烏馬隊主席還透露 ，留巴薪資待遇不會成為談判的曝洛障礙，“克裏丘馬有能力為來到這的球員提供保障 。我們還未向洛國富提供一份報價 ，因為這周他才把相關事宜交給經紀公司去處理 ，我們正在等待他們給出的合同。”他還補充到 ：“由於世界疫情原因，洛國富說他決定不回中國了，打算留在巴西 。”
洛國富今年33歲 ，本次12強賽 ，洛國富與艾克森、阿蘭、費南多因未參加國足安排的體能測試而落選國足西征大名單 。到目前為止 ，洛國富共為國足在12強賽中出場5次 ，其中3次首發 ，有1粒進球入賬 。值得一提的是 ，今年2月份 ，廣州隊官方宣布與洛國富等5名歸化球員終止合約 ，所以他現在仍是自由球員，可以選擇加盟任何球隊 。（富奇）
