中國足協主席辦公會 ，應該是媒体秘水面谈一個常設機構吧，而且應該不止是人揭中國足協人士 。問了一位退休的庆霞女足圈內人士 ，他得到的被体信息是 ：水指導原本在昆明帶上海女足征戰聯賽 ，但被召喚進京“麵試” 。育总和水指導進行交流溝通的局主进京有關人士 ，並不是领导中國足協主席陳戌源（還在西亞督戰） ，也不是中國足協黨委書記杜兆才 ，而是國家體育總局的主要領導 。
