近日 ，国际公布国人國際足聯公布了國際足聯足球運動員基金首批欠薪球員資助情況 。足联资助批準的欠薪球员情况申請涵蓋2015年7月至2020年6月期間，涉及國際足聯36個成員協會的通过109個俱樂部 ，這些俱樂部要麽因破產等原因而消失 ，申请要麽脫離會員協會，人中要麽停止參加職業足球聯賽 。国际公布国人
2020年 ，足联资助國際足聯成立了國際足聯足球運動員基金 ，欠薪球员情况用於資助那些因為所在球隊破產倒閉 、通过脫離聯賽體係或者其他原因導致無法獲得薪水的申请職業球員 。根據管理機構的人中說法 ，此項基金的国际公布国人撥款將不足以支付所欠球員的全部工資 ，但至少會為他們提供一個能給予幫助和補貼的足联资助安全網 。
國際足聯共撥款1600萬美元用於此項目，欠薪球员情况分四批進行資助 ，分配如下 ：
首批申請總額為500萬美元 ，次批300萬美元 ，第三批和第四批均為400萬美元 。目前首批申請情況已經公布 ，共收到1089份申請 ，通過1005份申請 ，其中來自希臘的申請最多，為291份 ，全部通過 ，而來自中國的申請則有3份 ，亦全部通過 。
首批申請總額中 ，365萬美元將資助來自歐足聯的球員；67.5萬美元將資助來自亞足聯的球員；56.5萬美元將資助來自南美足聯的球員 ，11萬美元將資助來自中北美洲及加勒比足聯的球員 。

根據國際足聯足球運動員基金的議定書 ，由國際足聯和國際足聯代表組成的聯合指導委員會對所有申請進行評估。而涉及2020年7月1日至2020年12月31日的第二期申請將在今後幾個月內得到處理 。
