本報訊（記者 趙睿）各級職業聯賽裁判培訓班昨天在蘇州香穀裏酒店開班，356名裁判參與培訓 ，裁判本次培訓為期5天 ，培训將在4月7日結束 。重点今年培訓重要的统判一項內容是統一判罰尺度 。特別值得注意的罚尺是，公安部治安管理局的度外相關負責人專程出席並講話 。
開班儀式上 ，援均中國足球協會紀委書記 、衡保护条執委閆占河在講話中強調 ，今年各級職業聯賽裁判員務必廉潔自律 ，裁判堅持道德底線 。培训閆占河希望裁判員通過本次培訓提升專業水平及綜合素質 ，重点確保2021賽季各級職業聯賽平穩有序地順利進行 。统判職業聯盟籌備組會組建全新職業聯賽裁判管理部門，罚尺並推出部分新舉措 ，其中之一 ，對於出現較大爭議或媒體和球迷高度關注的判罰 ，裁判部將及時向社會通報評議結果 。
距離新賽季中超開賽不足20天時間 ，目前仍有20餘名外援受疫情影響沒有歸來 ，其中大部分是巴西外援 。鑒於多數外援已經回到球隊 ，中國足協、職業聯盟籌備組經與各俱樂部溝通後最終決定 ，不再沿用上賽季推行的“外援均衡保護條款” 。
