3月22日 ，曝江足球記者消息 ，苏队失败苏宁在此前球隊談判轉讓時 ，转让足球蘇寧方麵答應承擔債務，心搞薪但是补发部分據知情人士透露 ，此前與蘇寧進行談判的人欠一家基金公司或許並不是真心想要搞足球。
豐臻表示：此前，曝江陳戌源在接受央視節目主持人白岩鬆采訪時透露 ，苏队失败苏宁江蘇隊或許還有轉機 ，转让足球因為有企業正在跟蘇寧談判 。心搞薪不過根據最新消息顯示，补发部分轉機已經不存在 ，人欠江蘇隊易主失敗，曝江將以解散告終 。苏队失败苏宁
據悉 ，转让足球江蘇俱樂部在停運前後 ，態度有所變化 ：停運前 ，蘇寧願意零費用轉讓 ，隻需下家接手俱樂部的債務 ，停運後 ，綜合各種因素和輿論環境 ，蘇寧為了讓江蘇隊曆史得以延續 ，通過各方資源尋找新的接盤方，答應零轉讓之餘 ，還願意自己承擔所有相關債務。
據了解 ，蘇寧在3月19日向包括預備隊部分人員以及離職人員在內的員工補發了一部分薪水以及離職補償金 ，俱樂部對員工表態 ，將陸續分批次推進善後工作 ，優先解決低收入人群 。在這種情況下 ，有一家基金公司對江蘇隊有意 ，跟蘇寧進行了談判 。
隻不過有趣的是 ，該意向方最初認為自己能夠通過足球來掙錢，對中國足球幾乎一無所知，同時他們無法滿足中國足協《轉讓規定》的相關財務資質要求 。這種情況下 ，江蘇隊注定無法完成轉讓 ，隻是垂死掙紮 。有知情人士表示 ：“該意向方或許並沒有真心搞足球的意思 。”
