其實，王栋早在2020賽季，开启2019賽季在中甲聯賽中大放異彩的执教淄博王棟便已兼任黃海助理教練。目前來看 ，生涯淄博蹴鞠將通過中國足協的出任準入審核 ，拿到2021賽季中甲席位 。理教练
王棟 ，曝青1981年9月10日出生於山東青島 ，岛黄队长队助中國足球職業運動員 ，海前效力於中超聯賽青島黃海足球俱樂部 ，王栋場上司職後腰 。开启2001年進入長春亞泰足球俱樂部一線隊 ，执教淄博曾擔任長春亞泰的隊長 ，中場核心 。在2007賽季隨隊獲得中超聯賽冠軍 。2013賽季下半段 ，王棟離開了效力17年之久的亞泰 ，租借加盟中乙聯賽球隊山東滕鼎 。2014賽季 ，王棟正式轉會重慶力帆足球俱樂部並擔任隊長 ，當賽季率領球隊衝超成功。
2016年12月 ，加盟天津泰達足球俱樂部 。 2018年2月 ，加盟中甲聯賽青島黃海足球俱樂部。 2019賽季 ，幫助青島黃海衝超並奪得中甲聯賽冠軍。
