北京時間10月21日 ，最新洲第國際足聯官方網站公布了截止到2021年10月的排名最新男足國家隊排名 。李鐵率領的国足中國隊積分減少了0.32分 ，以1334.2分繼續占據總榜單第75位 ，仍亚在亞足聯榜單上也維持在第9名的沙特世界位置 。伊朗隊仍列亞足聯榜單的连胜首位 ，比利時隊則繼續占據總榜單的冲进頭名位置 。
在本計分時段，最新洲第中國隊在李鐵的排名帶領下又踢了兩場2022年卡塔爾世界杯亞洲區預選賽12強賽的比賽 ，在阿聯酋沙迦3-2險勝越南隊取得在12強賽階段的国足首勝，隨後又在吉達2-3敗給了沙特阿拉伯隊 。仍亚
一勝一負的沙特世界戰績讓中國隊損失了0.32個積分 ，最新積分為1334.2分 。连胜總排名沒有變化，冲进依然位列第75位，最新洲第在亞足聯榜單上也還是位列第9 。目前國足比身前的亞洲球隊伊拉克隊少12分 ，比亞洲第十的阿曼隊多19.84分 。
亞足聯榜單方麵 ，伊朗隊積分增加6.94分後 ，以1545.02分仍居首位 。日本隊由於本計分時段也敗給了沙特阿拉伯隊 ，積分減少了2.77分 ，以1517.69分下滑了兩位 ，總排名第28位，仍列亞洲第二 。
排名比中國隊高的還包括澳大利亞隊 、韓國隊 、卡塔爾隊、沙特阿拉伯隊 、阿聯酋隊和伊拉克隊 。其中連勝日本隊和中國隊的沙特積分增加了25.87分，總排名也提升了七位 ，最新的總排名列第49位，成功躋身前50 。
總榜單方麵，歐洲紅魔比利時隊1832.33分繼續領跑 ，巴西隊增加8.63分後以1820.36分緊隨其後，英格蘭隊下跌兩位後降至第五 ，而法國隊和意大利隊各升一位占據了第三和第四名的位置。
根據FIFA官網的消息 ，在本計分時段全球共進行了160場國際A級比賽 ，其中印度隊和尼泊爾隊各踢了5場，是比賽最多的隊伍；印度尼西亞隊積分增加28.56分是漲分最多的 ，印尼與新西蘭各提升10個位置 ，是名次進步最大的隊伍；中國台北積分減少了28.56分 ，扣分最多 ，北愛爾蘭隊下滑11位，成為本積分時段退步最明顯的球隊 。國際足聯下一次公布男足國家隊排名的時間為11月25日 。（卓奧友）
