11月18日晚上 ，中國足協官方宣布 ，水庆帅足失水慶霞擔任中國女足主教練 ，霞当选女协损信力戏中國女足成年國家隊第一位本土女性主帥誕生 。足主值得一提的玩游是 ，水慶霞並沒有參加此前足協的热议公開競聘 ，因此這也引發了業內人士的水庆帅足失熱議 。
《足球周刊》總編輯安然發文 ：“看了官宣消息，霞当选女协损信力戏眾望所歸雖好，足主但有兩個疑問 ：第一 ，玩游怕被喊內定 ，热议但最終的水庆帅足失結果不是“內定”是什麽 ？第二 ，大多數球迷滿意 ，霞当选女协损信力戏但水指導心裏究竟是足主怎麽想的 ？如果真的願意執教國家隊 ，她為何沒有參加競聘 。玩游”
媒體人趙震表示 ：“最近中國足協做的最損失公信力且貽害無窮的兩件事 ，一是河南隊足協杯停賽球員上場沒被扣三分 ，二就是女足選帥 。你的規則和程序完全被打破 。”
《搜狐體育》記者裴力認為 ：“女足大翻轉 ，雖然意外 ，但結果還是好的 ，比不翻轉合適 。有錯就改 ，改了再犯 ，千錘百煉嘛 。”
