1.裏脊肉切絲
2.12加兩勺料酒
3.21兩勺醬油
4.1半勺糖
5.2兩勺生抽
6.兩勺牛肉粉
7.抓拌均勻，醃製1h
8.12真姬菇切掉根部較老的部分，清洗幹淨 ，真姬做法較長的酱肉菇切成兩段
9.21洗好的真姬菇沸水中煮3min
10.撈出過涼 ，瀝幹 ，丝浇擠掉多餘的真姬做法水分 ，用手把菇撕成較細的絲
11.鍋裏放適量許油，油熱後下蔥白
12.爆香後下肉絲 ，轉中大火
13.炒到肉絲表麵開始發白的時候加適量水
14.加兩勺醬油 、一勺生抽
15.一勺糖 ，大火煮5min
16.煮到湯汁收一半的時候放入蔥段
17.待湯汁收2/3時候倒入水澱粉 ，不停攪動到湯汁濃稠
18.起鍋 ，把肉絲澆到真姬菇絲上
