新京報訊 （記者周蕭）8月29日上午 ，国安北京國安俱樂部宣布 ，新帅须荷蘭籍主教練斯坦利擔任球隊主帥 。首训當天下午 ，明确目标斯坦利與球隊見麵 ，提出並帶隊進行了上任後的顶级顶级首堂訓練課。
在29日的俱乐球隊內部會議上 ，斯坦利向隊員們明確提出 ，部必“我個人 ，成绩包括在荷蘭的国安足球界人士 ，都把北京國安看成是新帅须中國的一家頂級俱樂部 ，所以我非常開心來到國安執教。首训頂級俱樂部必須有頂級的明确目标成績 ，（本賽季）還剩下4個月 、提出19場比賽 ，顶级顶级我們還可以達到很多目標 ，這需要我們一起努力工作 。”
新任主帥率先強調的是團結 ，這也是他的一貫理念 ，“我喜歡團隊一起努力 。每個人都是一樣的 ，要先想到球隊 ，再想個人 ，你為球隊做得好 ，球隊就為你做得好。包括我也如此——球隊好 ，我就會成為一個好教練；球隊不好 ，我也無法成為好教練。”
在接下來一周 ，斯坦利將與後防 、中場、前鋒三條線的球員分別交流 ，他希望能盡快讓隊員了解自己的足球理念 ，以保證團隊在場上目標的一致性。其實，交流從當天下午的訓練課就開始了 ，站在場邊 ，斯坦利不停地與隊員溝通 ，這位笑嗬嗬的主教練希望能率領國安走出低穀 ，並送上了祝福：“祝大家好運 ，嗯 ，還有激情 。”
